Exchange & Refund Policy

BooksPlus Pakistan has a ‘No Refund, No Exchange’ Policy. However, which can only be exempted if wrong books have been delivered.

Refund may be allowed in special cases wherein the product is out of stock and will be directly transferred to the customer’s bank account. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow upto 15 days for the processing of refunds. Adjustment/replacement will be made only if customer received damage/ defective or wrong product.
