Users at our website booksplus.pk will buy books at their own decision and BooksPlus Pakistan will not be responsible for any issues occurred. BooksPlus Pakistan will not be involved in any Piracy issues, and hence just providing a service to engage users and vendors of Urdu Bazar at one website.

These Terms will be applied fully and affect to your use of this Website. By using this Website, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. You must not use this Website if you disagree with any of these Website Standard Terms and Conditions.
Shipping
- We can ship to virtually any address within Pakistan
- Shipping takes 3-4 working days in main cities and 5-6 working days in small cities and districts.
Please also note that the shipping time may vary in case of unannounced holidays, non favorable weather conditions, delays in dispatch due to work disorders or delay by the delivery company.
Order Payment
Kindly note:
- Bulk orders require partial advance payment
- Hostel and commercial addresses require partial advance payment.
Order Cancellation and Charges
An Order can be cancelled unless it is not processed. Please call, email or message us If you want to cancel an order. Once an order is processed or delivered, it will not be cancelled and user has to pay for the delivered parcel.
Exchange & Refund Policy:
Return or Exchange of books can only be applicable if wrong books have been delivered. BooksPlus Pakistan has a ‘No Refund’ Policy. However, which can only be exempted if wrong books have been delivered.
